What is an eSIM?

eSIM An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that is already integrated into your device.

Unlike traditional physical SIM cards that you need to insert manually, an eSIM is built into the device and works digitally.

To activate an eSIM on your iPhone, follow the steps below. Steps may slightly vary depending on your iOS version.

1.Check compatibility

Make sure your iPhone supports eSIM.

2.Get your QR code

Purchase an eSIM on our website to receive a QR code. If you prefer, contact us - our operator will provide the QR code.

3.Enable internet

Your iPhone must have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

4. Open the QR code on another device

Since your iPhone needs to scan the code, open the QR on another phone, computer, or tablet.

5. Scan the QR code

Scan the QR code Use your iPhone camera to scan the QR code. If you received activation details without a QR code, select “Enter Details Manually” and enter the information.

6. Confirm and activate.

Follow the on-screen instructions to add the eSIM. Your iPhone may require a restart — this is normal.

7. Activation complete

Once activated, the eSIM will automatically connect to the network. If it doesn’t, go to: Settings → Mobile Network → eSIM and ensure it is turned On
